Highlights of the Gala
The 2025 Tukuza Awards Gala was a powerful and uplifting celebration of faith, creativity, and Kingdom excellence, bringing together leaders, creatives, and believers from across the nation for an unforgettable evening.
The night was marked by a deeply stirring keynote address delivered by the Chief Guest, Mr. Fikirini Jacobs, PS for Youth Affairs and the Creative Economy, whose impactful 20-minute message resonated profoundly with the entire 2025 congregation, setting a strong spiritual and inspirational foundation for the evening.
The event was masterfully steered by the energetic and engaging MCs DJ Gee Gee and Fridah Mwaka of NTV, whose vibrant synergy, alongside the presence of Hon. Geoffrey Mosiria, kept the atmosphere lively, purposeful, and celebratory throughout the night.
A major highlight of the gala was a powerful musical moment by Kenya’s leading gospel artist, Guardian Angel, who graced the stage in a crisp, elegant white suit and delivered an inspiring performance that set the pace and tone for the evening.
The gala also welcomed distinguished guests, including Ms. Nancy Milanoi, Director of the Naretu Maa Organization, who stood out in a beautifully curated Maasai-inspired ensemble, and Mr. Francis Kooli, Police Commissioner and Officer in Charge of Chaplaincy at the National Police Service, whose presence underscored the importance of faith, values, and ethical leadership in public service.
The red-carpet experience added elegance and glamour to the night, making the event not only spirit-filled and empowering but also refined and memorable.
