Tukuza Awards Voting Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the voting process for the Tukuza Awards. By participating in the voting exercise, voters agree to abide by the rules outlined below.

1. Voting Eligibility

Voting is open to the general public.

Each participant must have access to a valid mobile money or payment platform to complete their vote purchase.

2. Voting Cost

1 vote is equivalent to Kshs. 10.

Votes can be purchased in multiples of any amount.

3. Vote Submission

All votes must be cast through the official Tukuza Awards voting platform.

Votes successfully submitted will be automatically recorded and reflected in the tally.

4. Voting Deadline

No votes will be accepted past midnight on 27th November 2025.

Any votes attempted after this deadline will not be counted.

5. Vote Tally and Transparency

The live or regularly updated vote tally will be displayed on the official Tukuza Awards website under the “Results” tab.

Tally numbers shown on the website will be considered the official and valid record of votes.

6. No Refund Policy

All votes are final. There will be no refunds for any votes cast, regardless of errors, duplicates, or changes of preference.

Participants are encouraged to verify their selections before completing payment.

7. Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or use unauthorized means to cast votes may result in disqualification of the votes or legal action.

The organizers reserve the right to audit votes for authenticity.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the voting process, the voter acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
